How to read the timetable
Gi is the default, no-gi is labelled
Any adult slot marked No-Gi is trained in shorts and a rash guard. Everything else is in the gi. Both count toward the same membership — most students do a bit of each.
Kids are grouped by age, Monday to Thursday
Ages 4–5 at 4:00 PM, 6–7 at 4:35 PM, 8–12 at 5:30 PM. Saturday morning is the exception: 10:30 AM runs all ages together, which is the one your whole family can walk into.
Two adult windows every weekday
Midday at 11:30 AM and evening at 6:30 PM Monday to Thursday, so a shift pattern or a school run does not cost you the week. Friday runs evenings only; Saturday runs midday only.
Book the first one, then just turn up
Your free intro class needs a booking so a coach is expecting you and can put you in the right group. After that, drop into any class your program covers — no reservation needed.
