- The program you are interested in and any details you choose to include in a message, such as a child's age or your prior experience.
- Your email address if you subscribe to school updates about schedules and announcements.

- Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can see which pages are useful and which are not.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as medical records, financial account numbers or government identifiers through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your intro or trial class.
- To contact you about class schedules, membership questions, days off and academy announcements.
- To keep records required to operate the academy, including registration and liability paperwork.

- Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and we will remove you.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential communication about a class you have already booked.

6. Third-party services
Some parts of this site rely on third parties, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Zen Planner — class sign-ups, free trial bookings and membership management.
- Google Maps — the embedded maps on our Locations and Contact pages.
- Google Fonts — typography delivery.
- Instagram and YouTube — if you follow a link to our social profiles.
Following a link or interacting with an embed means that provider may receive data about your visit. We do not control their practices.
7. How long we keep information
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or for as long as you remain a member or prospective member. Records tied to membership, billing or liability waivers are retained as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted.
8. Children's privacy
Our kids program serves children aged 4 to 14, but this website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Registration and enquiry information for a child should always be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Your choices and rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
