What every class has in common
A warm-up that actually teaches something
Movements in the warm-up are the same shapes you will use in technique — not filler cardio.
Technique broken into steps you can hold onto
Coaches demonstrate, then walk the room. You will not be left guessing what you are supposed to be doing.
Drilling with respectful partners
Training partners are matched thoughtfully. Intensity is controlled, and there is no reward for hurting anyone.
Live training, supervised
Sparring is available for every age group in a controlled setting, and it is always your choice when to step in.

Adults with no experience start in the Fundamentals class, which covers basic movement, positions and self-defence. Children aged 4 to 14 start in the Little Phenoms kids program, grouped by age. If you want striking rather than grappling, start in Muay Thai Fundamentals.
Yes. Many students cross-train grappling and striking. Ask us about combining the two when you come in for your intro class.
Two to three sessions a week is enough to make steady progress without burning out. Students preparing for competition typically train more often and add specific drilling.
